Margin
  • 40% to 60% of valuation of property
Guarantor
  • One or two capable guarantors
Term of loan
  • Maximum 120 months for Term loan
  • Overdraft against property ( yearly renewal basis.)
Rate of Interest / EMI
  • @ 11.99% for term loan EMI Rs.1434/- per month per lac.
